THE GOOGLE GLASSES
Situation:

Small and micro businesses (SMBs) in Vietnam catch up with technology slowly, which is a big disadvantage of their businesses’ growth and opportunities. Thus, partnered with the Vietnam Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Vietnam Digital 4.0 program was launched to help entrepreneurs access the basic marketing and digital skills.

Objective:

 

Build the awareness of the Vietnam Digital 4.0 program to the target customers.

​

Target audience:

 

SMBs owners that are running their business offline and those that are about to open their business in the next 3-6 months.

In need or have potential to leverage on bringing their business online.

Live in HCMC, Danang and Hanoi.

Basic digital knowledge: use smartphone and have email.

Digital insight:

​

SMBs know the existence of digital but have yet to know how impactful it is while running their business.

When they have concern about their business, they use Google Search to find their answers.

Big idea:

 

We introduce The Google Glasses, the glasses that help people see more than what they always see in real life, informing them about significant benefits that digital can bring to a business.
